Biotin Labeling of Decorin

Reagents

Decorin, Biotin, PBS buffer

Procedures

1. Remove the vial of biotin from freezer to room temperature. 
2. Dissolve 0.5 mg decorin in 100 µl of PBS to get final 5 µg/µl. 
3. Immediate before use1.5mg biotin in 30 µl PBS. 
4. Add 20 µl decorin prepared from step 2 (5 µg/µl) to biotin solution. 
5. Incubate at room temperature for 1 hour .
