Reagents
antibody-FITC.IgG
1X PBS buffer
primary antibody (anti-DbpA serum, anti-DbpB serum, OspC mAb, FlaB mAb...)
Procedures
1. Harvest 0.3 ml of cells
2. Resuspend in 100 μl 1 x PBS buffer
3. Add primary antibody, incubate @ 33 °C for 1 hour (tap tube for several times)
4. Wash with 200 μl of 1x PBS buffer
5. Resuspend in 100 μl of 1 x PBS buffer
6. Add secondary antibody-FITC.IgG, wrap tubes with foil, incubate @ 33 °C for 1 hour (tap tube for several times)
7. Spin down. Discard supernatant, resuspend in 50 μl of 1x PBS buffer.
